The Foundation will liaise with the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore to disburse these funds.

All funds for this endeavor will be contributed by the alumni members of IIMB in the United States. The Foundation will conduct fundraising through its informal network including word-of-mouth publicity. The Foundation proposes to conduct fundraising meetings and events in the United States from time to time.

Apart from this, in future, the Foundation would also encourage and facilitate student exchange programs between IIMB and universities and colleges in the United States.
